The distribution deal: There is also something called as distribution deal which is an exception to the above rule. In this deal someone else meaning your manager or you for instance owns the copyright and other rights of the recorded album is just licensed to a label only for a set period of time would be basically listed under the business terms of music contracts. Opt-out clause: In addition to this, you might also willingly choose the opt-out clause for a section in the music contracts. This would basically mean that if an artist.s popularity decreases or if the label or company fails to give out the records up to the desired mark then you or the company can opt out. This may sound good for you, but it is an added benefit for the record company and not so good deal for the artist. This deal would protect the company and would encourage the artist to perform and produce higher level records. Music contract offers: There are several items or sections you will find in the music contracts. They include terms and commitments, definitions and grant of copyrights and rights. Apart from this you will also find a section that will tell you about the royalties, advancements, publishing, recording costs, creative control, group provisions and cost control. In addition to this music contracts also include tour support, accounting, equipment, promotional terms, producers, line to sign on and miscellaneous. We are all fans we watch and love the same band (i love 2pm) and id rather 6 than none
Am i korean no but i am asian idk if it even matters. The only reason i like listening to kpop is because its very catchy and i like it better than some music we have in usa but i dont have to understand to like and im not a wannabe. im trying to learn the language sort of hard
anywho i hope this whole conflict is over with soon.

Lily allen is already known over there, not as much as Amy Winhouse and Leona tho.. Robbie and TakeThat are known a little bit aswell.. TakeThat's songs have appreared in a couple of movies.. Pixie Lott, Alex Burke and JLS are already on there way over there…
Its not that out music isnt good enough of owt, apparantly, its just the Americans seem to prefer there 'home grown' talent atm. I see it like this.. We get our own music plus theres aswell. Where'as they only get their own. You know what i mean ?… either way, the Americans are defo missin out lol..
Ive a feeling it wont be long till Chipmunk and The Saturdays tag along aswell, as theyve already been mentioned as potential 'duets' with american artists.

well from the examples listed i would say he lkes money alot and i would call it an obsession not a disorder….. i know of people that are always intersted in how much money people make off of their jobs….or he is just trying to find a job with high pay
